2023年5月，在松江枢纽中央绿轴景观概念方案征集中，MLA+与合作伙伴同济建筑、中联筑境在激烈的角逐中脱颖而出，喜获第一名的好成绩。

In May 2023, MLA+, together with its partners TJAD and CCTN, won the first place for Concept design of Shanghai Songjiang Hub green axis competition.  

松江拥有“上海之根”的美誉，丰厚的历史人文积淀是松江未来发展的灵感来源之处。而松江枢纽依托G60科创走廊的带动，未来科技产业将在此创新发展。如何融贯古今，打造具有松江特色的公共空间是本项目的重要命题。

Songjiang is known as the "Roots of Shanghai", and its rich history and cultural heritage are the source of inspiration for its future development. The Songjiang hub is driven by the G60 science and innovation corridor, where the future technology industry will be developed. It is an important proposition for this project to create a unique public space with the characteristics of Songjiang by integrating the past and the future.

我们从根这一意向进行延伸。根系的本质是为植物供给生长能量的重要部分，内在的运行秩序呼应了场地枢纽的交通运输属性与场地内的自然生态属性。根系也代表着人文的延续。传承历史文化底蕴，理解生活智慧，生长出面向未来发展的公共生活新芽。在松江枢纽打造人文底蕴与未来想象相融的灵感绿轴，是以为”根芽计划“。我们从三个慢行体系、公共空间网络、重要场景营造、未来运营策划四个方面拆解“根芽计划”。

We extend from the intention of roots. The nature of the root system is an important part of supplying plants with energy for growth, and the inherent order of operation echoes the transportation properties of the site hub and the natural ecological substrate within the site. The root also represents the continuity of humanity. Inheriting the historical and cultural heritage, understanding the lifestyle, and growing new shoots of public life for future development. To create a green axis of inspiration in the Songjiang hub, where humanistic heritage and future imagination merge, is thought of as the "Roots Shoots Plan".

SLOW TRAFFIC STRATEGY

松江枢纽作为重要交通门户，成千上万的人将抵达这里。研究旅客、办公人群、居民的交通速率与交通需求，汲取大自然中根系的运行智慧，划分三大速率段落，生长出高渗透性的有机慢行网络，覆盖全域。

The Songjiang hub serves as an important transportation gateway, where thousands of people will arrive. Studying the traffic demand of passengers, office workers and residents, drawing on the operational wisdom of roots in nature, three major rate segments are divided to grow a highly permeable organic slow-moving network covering the whole area.

源点作为到达门户，连接枢纽、轨道站点，接驳立体动线，满足人们快速集散需求，塑造枢纽展示界面。

轴根串联商办片区，功能多元的空中连廊、丰富的街道生活为外来访客与专业人士提供交流与活力碰撞的场所。

须网渗透在地社区，连接自然生息，细密的地面慢行网络，满足居民全天候的日常悠游需求。

The start point serves as the arrival gateway, connecting the railway station and the metro, connecting the three-dimensional movement line, satisfying people's demand for rapid distribution and shaping the display interface. The main sterm connects the business districts, and the multi-functional sky corridor and rich street life provide a place for visitors and professionals to communicate and collide with each other. A network of streets penetrates the local community and connects the natural habitat, and a fine ground-level slow walking network meets the daily needs of residents.  

寻根新景  

PUBLIC SPACE STRATEGY

根植于松江千年的生活秩序，融合未来想象，创造融贯古今的公共空间网络。同时枢纽新城将吸引大量的人群在此生活与探索，倾听其需求。主要针对游客、科创办公人员、社区居民三大核心人群，在绿轴为他们提供专属的空间体验。

Rooted in Songjiang's old living order, it will blend with future imagination to create a network of public spaces that will integrate the past and the present. At the same time the new city will attract a large number of people to live and explore here and listen to their needs. Mainly for the three core groups of tourists, office workers and residents, we provide them with exclusive spatial experiences in the green axis.

除此之外，延展新城内科技创新产业的公共界面，绿轴将为未来产业发展提供给坚实的公共空间基础，进而生长出联动全域的全新活力脉络。

In addition, extending the public interface of science and technology innovation industry in the new city, the Green Axis will provide a public space foundation for future industrial development, which will grow a new dynamic pulse linking the whole area.  

峻茂五景  

5 scenes

关联着过去松江人的智慧，与未来在此扎根的新松江人的期待，五个峻茂的未来场景，形成松江枢纽”出站即中心“的公共场域，引领着人们扎根回到松江。

With the wisdom of Songjiang people in the past and the expectation of new Songjiang people who will take root here in the future, the five future scences will create a public field of "Hub city is the center" of Songjiang hub, leading people to take root back to Songjiang.

高光时刻， 抵达松江的形象门户，亦是绿轴的动力源点。

The Landmark, the gateway to Songjiang, is also the power source of the Green Axis.  

通过空中云廊南接枢纽，北连中央绿轴，地下廊道联动未来轨道站点。

Through the sky corridor south to the hub, north to the central green axis, underground corridors linked to the future rail station.  

用阳光迎接刚出站的旅客的下沉广场。

The sunken plaza that welcomes the passengers just leaving the station with sunlight.  

云中塔作为慢行地标，盘旋而上，是松江精神高地 —— 方塔的未来演绎。

As a slow-moving landmark, the Clouds Tower hovers over the future interpretation of the Fang Tower, the spiritual highland of Songjiang.  

云间演绎 ，出站即中心的欢迎界面，这里有最开放的人文互动，最公共的松江生活。

Cloud Theater, the welcome interface of the center out of the station, where the most open human interaction and the most public Songjiang life are found.  

云廊联四方，行进其中，浮光掠影，行人匆匆。

The air corridor is linked to the four sides.  

云间艺展与叠台剧场呈现着每一个科技与传统跨时代交融时刻。

The Exhibition Center and Theatre plaza present every moment when technology and tradition meet across generations.  

烟火水巷 ，在向阳河畔营造最具松江市井氛围的立体生活中心

延续传统松江漕运的繁荣盛景 ，云廊高街，层叠错落；引水入园，潆洄环抱

Commercial Canal, a three-dimensional living center with the most folk atmosphere of Songjiang on the banks of Xiangyang River.  

Continuing the prosperity of the traditional Songjiang canal, the high streets of the sky corridor are staggered; the water is channeled into the plot .  

水心码头，衔接向阳河与织锦桥，映照浮岛茶馆，是沿岸活力集萃之地。  

The Water Pier, which connects the Xiangyang River with the Weaving Bridge and reflects the teahouse, is a place where the vitality of the coast is gathered.  

互感场域 ，是中央绿轴里的极客世界，探索打卡，收获科技惊喜。

Mutual Sense Field, a geeky world in the central green axis, is explored to harvest technological surprises.  

互动跑道，智能加持；带上虚拟设备，云游未来展馆，“有形无界”让数字技术与空间艺术紧密结合。

Intelligent support the interactive runway, bring virtual equipment, creating a VR tour of the future exhibition hall.  

疗愈森林 ，位于大涨径河畔，是邂逅自我感知自然的心灵伊甸园。

大地山丘，起伏波动，教堂的钟声响起，联结人与草木，心神归一。

The Healing Forest, located on the banks of the Dazhang River, is a spiritual Eden where you can encounter yourself and perceive nature.

The hills undulating and fluctuating, the church bells ringing, linking people and nature.  

细胞花园，树密虫鸣处，孩童嬉戏声，一起感知万物的回响。

Cellular gardens, where the trees and insects are singing, the sound of children playing, together we perceive the echo of all things.  

树根栈道探入水中，在这里，与绿意并肩与白鹭同行。

Tree root stacks poke into the water, where you can walk alongside the greenery and egrets.

The future Green Axis focuses on community building, forming a public operation and maintenance mechanism linking designers, managers, enterprises, residents and visitors.

For future industries, it is also a unique incubation field, matching the needs of corporate activities, providing research service sites and an output platform for industry and research, stimulating a sense of belonging and identity in all aspects, and attracting talents to take root.

根柢槃深，枝芽峻茂。根芽计划，让人文底蕴与未来想象在此相生，让你我重归于松江，成长于松江。

The roots are deep, and the branches and shoots are strong. The Roots and Shoots Plan is a place where humanistic heritage and future imagination come together, allowing you and me to return to Songjiang and grow up there.
