项目位于南京市江宁区科学园板块。距铁路江宁站4.5KM，南京南站7.6KM，交通良好；临近秦淮河，绿地资源优渥；毗邻南京绕城高速及长深高速，通勤方便。

场地周边主要道路为科宁路，兴民南路和开源路，北侧规划道路尚未建成。距地铁竹山路站1.2公里，另有地铁5号线科宁路站在建。
